What is the genesis/origin/lineage of Bhattis.

  1. Dear All ASSLAMOALAIKUM,

Really, Topic is good and really essential for our next generation but authenticity is also important for the History.

One information for all, i think there is some documented work in the field of History of Bhargain is given below :

1)Personal Diary of Mr. Kifayat Ali Khan(Uncle of Mohd. Umar Engg.) Miran Thock.
2)Work of Mr.Ishtiyaq miyan Roshan Mahal.
3)Work of Mr. Nawab Ali Netaji Roshan Mahal.
4)Personal Diary of Subedar Nabi Alam Khan (OK Baba).
5)Work of Mr. Ausaf Hasan Thock ( Primary Teacher)
6)Work of Haji Ismail Khan Afzal Thock.
7)Work of Capt. Abul Hasan Ida Thock.

We also have to think about that original scripts e.g By Hafiz Murad,Saiful Islam......which had been misplaced in our past days. How to restore these documentries.

The topic is really interesting. The works mentioned by Mr rauf can be posted over this blog, but the authenticity of the sources based on which these works were created should be kept in mind. Please do not suspect my intentions that i am undermining the works of our buzurgs. I just want to say that these works are secondary or tertiary sources of information and we need more of primary sources of information. Actually this topic requires great deal of research by studying all the sources of information. I request Mr Rauf to post or circulate these works among everyone of us, if he is in possession of anyone of them.

  6. Asslamu alaikum to all;
This topic that is genesis of Bhattis requires lot of genuine and authentic research work in scientific manner based on language ,culture, habits of people (socially), and DNA test(biologically) etc of the people of Bhargain and that of Original Bhatti clan in Jaisalmer and Punjab to prove ourselves whether we as a Bhattis are only myth or reality. We all will agree that we do not have anything concrete historical evidence or shijra beyond 10 generations to prove ourselves as Bhatti and we have merely heard from our fore fathers that we are Bhatti rajputs. For the sake of arguments only most of the communities belonging to backwards casts try to conceal their cast on migration from one place to other to change their fortune and earn respect in society and our fore fathers might have done so how can one deny this based on facts until unless there is enough research work in this regard. So ,It is not wise to assume ourselves Bhattis and start writing over here the proud achievements of Bhatti clan world over including ourselves by downloading the matter from website.
For the information of all of us I visited Tonk city in Rajsthan sometime back and found some amazing similarities in people living over there and people of Bhargain though we hardly have any known blood relations with them. The old ladies were wearing kurtis and typical pyjama similar to what the old ladies in Bhargain used to wear. The spoon they say as kasuba as distorted kasuka in Bhargain and toilets were called as sandas and some other words were similar to Bhargain which are not common in and around Bhargain. So it gives a sense that we are not local inhabitants but appears to have been migrated from Rajsthan but why and when our forefathers got converted to Islam and migrated to present place remains to be answered ?People tell different stories but all are mere guess work only in the absence of historical evidence or scientific research to prove it.
For the sake of knowledge and encouragement, recently research work is in progress based on DNA test to link Afridi Pathans of Kaimganj and Malihabad with one of the lost race of Israel some 3500 years ago which first came to Afghanistan and then to India during Medieval period.
So genesis/shijras of Bhattis of Bhargain is really very interesting topic for research work/PHD theisis but very difficult for a common man to comment upon.

  8. Dear Brothers and Sisters,

    Assalam alaikum,

As Mr. Anish has rightly asked about the purpose of this topic, thus in response to his query I would like to mention that so far no body has correctly mentioned about the history of Bhattis.Yeh! I very well know that very few people read our blog, but this doen't stop us to make a beginning. Believe me I never expected this support when I started this blog. I have tried to make an attempt in gathering some relevant information about the inhabitants of Bhargain. There are a few veterans who are constantly writing on the Blog and and in the age of internet this Blog is open to every Tom , Dick and Harry. Perhaps this is the only oppportunity where something meaningful can be extracted out of them.

The bad part about all of us is that we think too much before any exercise. let us not be bookish and rather we should adapt a more pragmatic approach. It is my sincere appeal to my brethren that donot worry about the authenticity of the matter that you put on the blog. Judge the matter by your own free conscience and put it on the blog. My intention is not to make people scholars out of this matter but to exchange some free ideas with each other.

  9. asslamu alaikum;
We should try to understand the seriousness of this issue and not try to dilute the matter.
Who will agree that a scientific approach and authentic information for this sensitive and interesting subject is not required ? Can we convince our present generation with mere superficial and hypothetical knowledge on this subject ? Why does a town with over 95% muslim population is named as Bhargain (probably a hindi name) and what does this word actually mean? Where from we have borrowed this dialect in a predominantly brij bhasha speaking area ? What is the oldest surviving symbol in Bhargain ?
History of Ziarat of Hazrat Mowdood Chishti,Roshan Mahal and Mazar inside it and like that many questions which cannot be handled convincingly without proper research work.Everyone is free to write and contribute whatever he wants to write but the matter is to be adjudged at the anvil of authenticity and its source of information.

  14. My dear bhatti
    Assalamoalikum.

I did my level best to find out the required information as u have asked.

From all resources available, it can be concluded that the Rajput Bhatti’s are related to the Chandra Vansh. Rajput Bhatti’s are known to be great warriors in the history. As per the available information, the first Bhatti Raja was Raja Dahir.

The advent of Islam in India started with the arrival of Hazrat Muhammed Bin Qasim who came along with his army and fought a war with the said raja and won the war. In this war the Raja Dahir lost his life and Muhammed Bin Qasim also returned back to Arab. Subsequently the place was ruled by other Raja’s.

During 12th century Hazrat Moinuddin Chishti Rehmatullalahy came to India. The above saint spread his Sufism. At this point in time Prithviraj Chauhan was ruling over major portions of North India. The major conversions from Hinduism to Islam took place as a result of Sufism. Most of the conversions took place between 14th century and 17th century.

    Migration

Migration of Muslim Bhatti’s from Hanumangarh (Bhatner) to different places in UP and other states may have had happened as a result of invasion, femine or any other natural calamity or political compulsions. No body is sure about date and time of muslim bhatti who migrated from to following places in UP. In UP migration of Muslim Rajput Bhatti’s can be traced to several places like.
    1. Bhargain-Etah
    2. Kakrala-Badayun
    3. Mubai-Barabanki
    4. Yahiapur-Pratapgarh
    5. Thiriya-Bareilley

Other districts like Bulandshahr, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida are also supposed to be having considerable population of Muslim bhattis’.

Thanx for the prompt response. Right now we have a team of six doctors from Aligarh which consist of physicians, gynaecologists, and paedeatricians. Considering the size of Bhargain we may arrange to raise the number of doctors with tie up with Batra Hospital Delhi and a few friends from Gwalior as well. Since stay at Bhargain may be an issue for doctors we will have to keep it a one day affair. We will also need some assistance in distribution of medicines. From our past experience we have seen that a lot of crowding takes place at the distribution point. Although we have two pharmacists with us they are really overloaded. As far as the medicines are considered we will bring them in sufficient quantity and of the best quality. But it will be nice if we can get a few volunteers to regulate the crowds. A suitable venue also needs to be suggested and tentative date as well. we are not in a hurry but when we do it it should really be good and of use to people who attend it.

Free Medical Camp was organised by "Anubhuti Sewa Samiti" in Bhargain at Dr IM Inter College,Bhargain successfully. We, all the people of Bhargain are thankful to the Organisation from the core of our heart. About 3100 patients got registered and attended by team of Doctors from AIIMS,Aligarh,Agra and Gwalior and provided valuable services to the patients including distribution of medicines by volunteers from organisation.A very good support was extented by management, staff and students of the Dr IM Inter College and people of Bhargain are thankful to them also.Of course there were some problems in distribution of medicines due to rush of patients and shortage of volunteers but distribution of medicines continued till 7 PM in the evening.
It is also a pride privelege for the people of Bhargain to meet and seek valuable addresses from 3 IPS officers,Mr Sajid Fareed Shapoo(Chief Guest and winner of Gallantry award from President of India),Mr Ajay Chaudhary and Mr Anshuman Yadav, the most respected officers from IPS Cadre with a humanitarian and secular heart ,Dr Manoj Jha,a renowned professor at Delhi University who has done wonderful work on social plight of Muslims in our country including Gujrat riots and many other senior officers .It was a wonderful experience and an example to be followed for future.
The Anubhuti Sewa samiti Management surveyed few more sites in Bhargain and may finalise for the next camp scheduled to be held in July/August this year purely on the basis of merit of the site.
It is unfortunate that none of the bloggers except Mr Aftab volunteered himself for this camp from outside Bhargain in spite of my request over here on 23.04.2010.Very strange?
With the grace of God, everything went smoothly in the camp and the hospitality shown by the people of Bhargain was worth appreciation.

    Assalamoalaikum,

I was quietly watching the developments that had off late taken place in Bhargain. I am compelled to appreciate that some thing positive, on ground had taken place since the inception of my BLOG. It is unfortunate on the part of bloggers, as rightly quoted by Mr. Aslam that none of the Bloggers except a few were present. Mr Aslam, the absence of Mr. Kalia in such a big event has again proved me right and now you will be forced to accept my views on him. I am happy that at last he has realized the so called ostentatious class of Bhargain which has many ideas but few executions & implementations. They are neither “teetar” nor “bater” Where are those Rahman, Rauf, Anis, Anish, Zaheer, Rizwan, Azhar, Iqbal & & & &…….. of course Mr. Noorul Hassan Khan. With utmost regard to all the above mentioned names, their silence on the subject astonishes me except Azhar who is still writing and inspiring fellowmen. Now in the post event scenario some are busy in finding the antecedents of Mr. Shahid of AMU( see the Blog of anubhuti). You need no more testimony to prove that so called literate class is not at all interested in the welfare, development for their home town and are tigers on papers indeed.

I am happy that initiatives taken by people of Bhargain have shown results. Keep the fire burning till logical end is met. Don’t lie down till the expectations see the light of the day. Your presence, interest will meet an untimely death if you have any other vested interests. I am sure slowly –slowly your caravan will be joined by few more like minded people. Kudos to the spirit of Captain Abdul Latif Khan who is pursuing selfless determination at this age. I am sure he will be more than 70 yrs. He is certainly an icon in this desert and time and again making benchmarks which will be difficult for us all to achieve in future.

Such a great social event was organised successfully in Bhargain is a cause for celebration for all of us and not to settle personal scores with any individual or group of individuals. They are also our fellow brothers fully capable and can also rise to occasion and excell anytime in future. We should be really thankful to the Architect of this event, Mr anshuman Yadav,IPS and his team responsible for the successful organisation of this event. Let people of Bhargain acknowledge and accept it and should not forget their contribution. Many of you the member of Team Anubhuti memebers who left Bhargain at 8.00pm had to join their duties the very next day at places nearly 260 to 270 Km away from Bhargain. Can you imagine their dedication and sacrifice for the people of Bhargain?

Events like this demands sacrifice and have nothing to give you back except the duayen of sick, elderly and deprived people. All of you know that it was a kar-e-sabab and was expected out of every human being and whatever good deeds you do ,you are doing for youself and not for anyone else.People pursuing the policy of give and take unfortunately do not fit into social events like this.Khidmate Khalq cannot be forced upon anyone and one cannot justify or indulge in criticism on this account.

Thanks a lot for acknowleding and appreciating it.Regarding my apprehension about "settling personal scores", it reflects from the language of your article without any ambiguity. However we can forget all the negative things and focus on positive energy and momentum generated out of this camp rather than finding faults with others.

Don't get hurt by Mr Bhatti's comments but have courage to listen to criticism, analyse it and gear up for next camp if missed opportunity this time due to personal reasons. The participation of fellow brothers in the camp in large numbers would have been great but nevertheless the blessings of everyone are equally important. Please note that social events like this earns to you lot of Duayen from the core of the hearts of the served people and there can't be better service of mankind than service of people without any consideration. So don't get lost and hurt by comments but rise to occasion as and whenever opportunity comes to your way.Mr Bhatti is right to the extent that no response from the people in the camp and thereafter on this blog about such an important event has surprised everyone. It was totally unexpected and quite unbecoming of young brigade of Bhargain.

Masha,Allah, Bhargain camp was a thundering success once again and for that team Anubhuti and its leadership deserve full appreciation for the services rendered to the mankind in general and people of Bhargain in particular. The health camp was more professionally managed by the team of experts from Mahavir International ,Delhi , Sri Ram Murti Smark Sewa Trust, Bareilly and from AMU Aligarh. Medicine Distribution and Registration counters were more professionally managed and medical teams were well equipped with latest and quality testing equipments.
On behalf of all the people of Bhargain, we express our sincere thanks to team Anubhuti and its leadership for the great job done for the people of Bhargain. We are also thankful to all the people of Bhargain and from outside who have contributed for the success of this camp directly or indirectly.
Regarding the story narrated by Mr Dilshad,it is unbelievable and mischievious and appears to be a deliberate effort to damage the image of a thorough gentleman. The incidents of labours running away with advance money are very common in Brick kiln industry and has have happened with every Bhattewala. It is also a hard fact that the money being paid to labours without any receipt (proof) cannot be realised legally and due to this very reason hundreds of lakhs of Rupees are sinking every year.We are all aware that Labour laws are very stringent and no action can be taken unilaterally by anyone including police, individual, group, company or by any law enforcing agency without any bonafide proof. But it is very unfortunate that such a baseless and wild allegations have come against an honest ,hard working and social person.
We, the people of Bhargain, are really ashamed of this mischief from Mr Dilshad and his sympathisers and are really sorry for hurting the feelings of the person who has really done some commendable social work for our people.
It is very unfortunate that neither we want to do some good work by ourselves nor allow others to do it. Is this our reality what for we are proud of ourselves.

Stunning silence,no reaction on 2’nd most successful free health camp in Bhargain on 25’th july, and baseless and unfound mud slinging on camp organisers have made us to believe that people will not have very good opinion about our civilised behaviour, manners and etiquettes.Probably we are in habit of being used and thrown away and that’s why such type of great social service rendered by these gentlemen to our people free of cost does not suits us.There is nothing new to mention over here that we have been used and exploited during election period since independence for the purpose of votes only and thereafter nobody has ever turned back to care for us even for namesake and it is also not hidden as why no developmental or social activity has ever taken place for the benefit of this town and our own people.
It requires to be mentioned over here that the crooked story posted over this blog on behalf of Mr Dilshad is motivated with vested interest and merely a ploy to extract money by maligning the image of a thorough gentleman and it appears that some shrewed persons are behind it to take the undue advantage of situation.Had there been an iota of truth in it, this matter would have been raised earlier also. It is not difficult to understand that Mr Dilshad was entertained only because he belonged to Etah District and was recommended by one of the friend otherwise how police treats Bhargain walas in similar circumstances is known to all of us. We are also aware that many Bhattewalas when they took law into their own hands were put behind bars and came out with great difficulty.
It reminds me of a famous Hindi story “ Haar ki Jeet” written by Mr Sudarshan whereby the Horse Sultan of Baba Bharti was taken away cheatingly by Daku Kharag Singh in disguised dress of a begger unable to walk when Baba helped him to ride his horse. Having lost his most beloved Horse, Baba called and advised Kharag Singh not to narrate this story elsewhere otherwise people will stop helping needy and poors.
After listening the story of Mr Dishad, no gentleman will ever try to help to such needy persons and will have any sympathy .

Anubhuti ke log aur baaki logon ka main bahut shukrgujar hun ki aap logon ne bhargain mein apna camp lagaya.
Saari baton ko padhne ke baad maine dekha ki aaj bhi bhargain mein tarakki ki bahut zaroorat hai. kyonki agar bhargain mein aaj bhi koi kuchh accha kaam karna chah raha hai to log usme ya to taang ada rahe hain ya kisi ke zariye iska faayda utha rahe hain. dilshaad ji aap jo cheezein likh rahe hain unme katayi dum nahin hai kyonki mujhe lagta hai aap aur aapke sahyogi bhargain ko aage badhte hue nahin dekh sakte.
1.agar aapne poster mein dekha ho to usmein likha tha ki anshuman ji prerna srot hain jiski matlab badhaava dena hota hai. ngo india mein bahut chal rahe hain paisa trust se aata hai hawaale se nahin....jo aapne ye sawaal uthaya. ye to bahar ka ngo hai aur kuchh kar raha hai aapko shaayad pata hoga ki bhargain mein kucch log ngo chala rahe hain aur kucch nahin kar rahe aap is baare mein kya kahenge.
2 itwar ke din wo kisi bhi bhai ki madad ke liye jaa sakte hain.
    3. bina kisi faayde ke kisi ki madad karna koi bhrasht kaam nahin hota.
4.wo gaon mein thodi madad karne aa gaye iska matlab ye nahin ki aap ye sawaal punchhe is gaon mein shaayad is audhe par koi nahin jo ek ips afsar ke liye ye puncche.kya hum log inke parivaarke baare mein jaante hain ki wo kya hain aaj wo madad kar rahe hain to bbhi taang ada rahe hain.
5.ha..ha..ha..aap ye likho ki bhargain ki koi madad kare to kya wo bhrasht nahin hai.
aapko to bhai khushi honi chahiye thi ki 5000 logon ki dawaai lekar wo itni mehnat se us din kaam kar rahe the aapka muddaa to chhota tha. hum to bhargain ke seedhe saadhe log hain humne to govt. servent ko election mein bolte hue suna hai kisi ke liye vote maangte hue suna hai.kya ye bhrashht nahin hai. bhai humare gaon ki haalat waise bhi khraab hai koi madad kar raha hai to uska istaqbal karo.aapka jo mudda hai wo sahi nahin hai kyonki govt. usmein kucch nahin kar sakti agar aap bhatta chala rahein to gaon mein aur log bhatte chala rahe hain.

  72. Dear all
    Assalamoalikum
Congratulations to Team Anubhuti and its associates for conducting another health camp. Stunning or stoic silence as mentioned above may be the result of probably two kinds of perception, one is that people have lost interest in blogging and the other is that people are fed up of comments made to settle personal scores or comments to just score more brownie points over the other. I have read the recent comments very thoroughly, and based on the things mentioned, i do not want to form any opinion about either Mr Dilshad, his associates (as alleged by Mr Aslam) and Mr Anshuman Yadav. But being an bhargainite i have full regards and respect towards the emotional outpour by Mr Dilshad. I do not wish to dismiss his emotional outpour at the very outset without bothering to find the facts of the case. In my opinion he is the affected party and his outpour must be respected instead of dismissing this as purely baseless, without even testifying the merits of his case. In my opinion this has been done because the alleged person stands very tall as compared to the affected party in civil society.
I am equally perturbed by the comments posted by Aslam Bhai in favour of Mr Anshuman Yadav, who in all probability was a stranger to him few months back, at the same time he is afraid to form a opinion about the chairman of his hometown, citng various other religious and social pretexts. And if i am not wrong, the present chairman is serving his 3rd tenure, and bhargain people are still wanting more time to judge him in all his good or bad pursuits. I do not wish to go deep into that, he may be having his own reasons to form his opinion.
Also it is very unlikely of Mr bhatti that he has not indulged himself in this kind of mudslinging amidst some great social work(???).
It will be higly appreciative of Mr Anshuman and Anubhuti to continue there social work inspite of these hurdles. I hope if this is continued, probably it may pave way to pacify the grievances of Mr Dilshad and will bless the people of bhargain with developmental efforts.
aslam bhai is very true in saying that we bhargainites have been fooled every now and then and to some exent we ourselves are responsible for this. But time has changed and now its not easy to fool anyone.

Aap Sabko aane wala Ramzaan mubarak ho...May Allah have his blessings for all bargainites in all their good deeds.

  73. Dear brothers Asslamu alaikum ;
As all of you will appreciate that I have always been against any unfound allegations against anyone earlier also and even now hold the same viewpoint and in future also it will continue irrespective of any person and place. On the other side, I have always appreciated good work done by anyone even earlier also and even now hold the same view point and in future also it will continue irrespective of any person and place. So there is no change in my view point but things are to be perceived correctly by others to avoid any illusion to them.

There is famous saying that“Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder.”

Regarding the commendable social work done by “Anubhuti Sewa Samiti” in Bhargain for needy, deprived and poors we all have seen it happening from our own eyes and all have appreciated it over here. I think one does not require any further proof to appreciate someone responsible for such a good work.
We hope that the Team Anubhuti will continue its great social work without any hinderance irrespective of the fact whether people appreciate it or criticise it.

  75. Dear brothers Asslamu alaikum ;
Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions Mr Bhatti but your suggestions lacks credibility of ethics ,ideals and principles ( Islamic philosophy and principles for Muslims ) . Anybody badly in pursuit of materialistic gains may not have anything to give to the society without vested interest. Let others also either from Bhargain or from outside do some commendable developmental, social and educational work for the people of Bhargain, we assure you that we will appreciate them also. You may remember when Express Train started to halt at Ballupur Railway station we congratulated one and all and people behind such great work for our people.
It is great to learn that Mr Azhar’s heart bleeds for the people of Bhargain but what Mr Azhar is doing in other similar cases to help to hundreds of other fellow Bhargainites whose money has sunk in advance to labours/labour contractors. He must open “ Advance Money Grievance cell ” to help to get realise the sunk money so that other people of Bhargain are also thankful to him.
Regarding criticism of anyone can you quote even a single reference as guide to us from Holy Q’uran and Sun’nah of prophet then it will be highly appreciated by one and all ? If not then why are you so impatient to criticise others ?
    As far as earning respect in society is concerned it is mentioned in Holy Quran and decided by Allah Subahanahu Taála;
“Wa tu’izzu man tu shao wa tu’zillo man tu shao bi,yadkal khair. In’naka ala’a kulle shaián qadeer.” Surah Ale-Imran
“To whomsoever You (Allah Ta’ala) wishes, gains respect and to whomsoever You wishes, gains dis-respect and all the good things are done through You.You are possessor of Your Qudrat on all the things.”
So let us not be belligerent about ourselves and be afraid of Allah Taála while having ill feelings and sinister designs about our fellow brothers.
My brother Dilshad , I am your elder brother and more concerned about you and your well being than others. You are my family member and whatever I have written over here was an advice of an elder brother to an younger brother and never meant to hurt your feelings.Hope that you will try to understand and forget your ill feelings against me.

  77. Dear brothers Asslamu alaikum ;

I was just hoping for so long that somebody will write something after the last blog. My patience of being quite has come to an end. so i am writing again.

Yes, My heart bleeds for the people of bhargain and i wish heart of all bhargainites bleeds for one another. i do not have any qualms in declaring that i am yet to do anything worthwhile for the people of bhargain which could give me some sense of satisfaction. I
pray to allah for abling me to do something worthwhile for bhargain and its people. i wish
to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr Aslam for suggesting the idea of Advance Money
Grievance cell. I again reiterate my viewpoint that this blog should not be used for commenting or settling personal score or to make sarcastic remarks.

There is not a single reference from Holy Q’uran and Sun’nah of prophet, regarding criticism of anyone ,but regarding calling a spade a spade there are thousands of example. I am not impatient to criticise anybody, i am just calling a spade a spade. and i do expect it from my islamic bretherns.

Aap sabko eid bahut mubarak ho....

    Allah haafiz.

Plz dont mind Mr Bhatti, i hav seen ur previous posts,in very frst post"kaliya ka......" (politics),and "Education and politics....."(again politics) and the thrd 1 i.e About the shizra....tht is really a topic related to our roots,
nw i want to give a suggestion, plz discuss abt the prblms of Bhargain.and also abt the solutions.
    for eg.
Education is our basic prblm, and how can we improve the education.

    some one said
"You teach best what you most need to learn."

we have many others problms like healthcare,transport,etc....
Asal mn hmne prblms ke sath jeena seekh lya hai,is lye hmen prblms dikhayi hi nhn deti,Hindustan ko azad hue 60 saal ho gye,aaj bhi bhargain kitne shaheron(by road) ke sath direct connect hai.hamara litracy rate india ke litracy rate se bhi kam hai,ham se kam population ka Rampur aaj hmse zyada aage hai,
Healthcare ki bat ki jaye to hmare pas srf 1 chota hospital hai,
jo uneducated hn unke pas ldne k lye sunni deobandi ,jo educated hn unke pas 1 topic hai "padhe likhe vs unpadh".jo log padh gye hn unhe aisa nhn sochna chahiye.
jo nhn padh paye vo bhi to hmare apne hi hn,koi majboori rhi nhn padh paye,pr sab apni aulad ko to pdhna chahte hn.mjhe lgta hai ki hmen is blog pr (jise ALLAH ne Mr Bhatti ke zariye joda hai) BHARGAIN ki prblms and solutions ko discuss krna chahiye.
ye meri apni raye hn,agr koi bat galt lge to plz mention kren,
topic se hat kr is lye likha hai,ku ki hmen ab new topic ki zarorat hai....

Azam bhai main aap se poori tarah se sehmat hoon...Hum sab ko in saari dikkaton ke baarein mein sochna chahiye...Rahi baat saari problems ki, to mera manana yeh hai ki agar aap ko shortcut solution chahiye to humein aapna rehbaar bahut immandari aur nek-niyati se chunana chahiye...Aur doosra rasta zamini mehnat ka hai woh bahut lamba hai, aur dushwariyon bhara hai.... Kaamyabi inshaallah doono raston mein hai...Aur agar dono raastein saath saath chalein to cheezein aur bhi behtar ho sakti hai...Aapko shayad lage ke i am taking this discourse towards politics, par yeh sachai hai ... Zara sochiye.....

NANKANA SAHIB (PAKISTAN): A Muslim family that donated 19,000 acres of land to Guru Nanak before becoming his first disciple outside the Guru's family is prepared to dedicate a two-and-a-half-year-old 20th generation member to the revered Guru.

A 32-year-old high court lawyer Saleem Bhatti, the 19th generation descendent of Rai Dular Bhatti, said, "I am ready to dedicate my son Rai Waheed Bhatti to Babaji". Saleem Bhatti's ancestors had been followers of Guru Nanak, who was born in 1469.

Narrating a miracle in his life, Saleem Bhatti said about 30 years ago, US-based separatist Khalistani leader Ganga Singh Dhillon sought blessings of 'Babaji' as he was childless. The priests told him that his wife would have to carry a child below two years in her arms and pray.

"Caught in this awkward situation, Dhillon approached my father Mohmmed Akram Bhatti who agreed to hand me - then around two years old- to the issueless couple for the purpose of prayers and they were really blessed with a child," said Saleem Bhatti.

"Despite being a Muslim, I spiritually connect with Babaji who has blessed our family for over 500 years." The Bhattis, who were Bhatti Rajputs, migrated from Bikaner in Rajasthan after Alauddin Khilji was routed by the Mughals. Bhattis were loyal to Khilji. Maharaja Ranjit Singh and Bhattis had the same forefathers 12 generations back, Saleem said.

The Bhatti family has been at the forefront comforting Sikhs in Pakistan for generations. Even the troubled times in Punjab did not deter them from entertaining Sikhs.

Saleem Bhatti said the land donated to the Nankana Sahib Gurdwara did not fetch enough money to add to the income of the gurudwara.

The Bhatti family has valuable possessions of Guru Nanak whom Rai Dular Bhatti, the landlord of the area, accepted as his spiritual guru. Guru Nanak's father Kalu Mehta was an accountant with Rai Dular Bhatti.
